You must be at least 18 years old to access our services, or have a legal guardian sign for permission for you to attend. It is your responsibility to know and comply with all firearm regulations in your area. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction that we determine is unlawful or poses a liability risk.

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various secure payment methods and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for fraud prevention or pricing errors.  Items may be returned within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply.

Our training courses require legal firearm ownership or usage eligibility. By registering, you confirm you meet the legal requirements and accept the physical and safety responsibilities of participating in firearms training. Cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

We are not responsible for misuse of any products purchased from us. You agree to use all firearms and related items safely, legally, and in accordance with training and manufacturer guidelines. American Patriot Defense LLC is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products or services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
