Cancellation Policy

At American Patriot Defense LLC, we strive to provide quality training and products, and we understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of our scheduling and preparation, we do not offer refunds for no-call, no-show students. If a student contacts us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class, we allow one opportunity to reschedule the class within 365 days of the original class date, provided the new class is of equal or lesser value. Rescheduling requests must be confirmed and documented by our staff. In the rare event that we cancel a class, students will be given the option to either reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund of the class fee. For merchandise purchased through our website or storefront, all refund and return requests are handled through Shopify in accordance with their policies. We will assist customers with the process to the best of our ability to ensure a smooth experience. Note***First Responder Classes Only (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Military/Veteran, Nurse, Doctor, ect) validation will be required for first responder classes. A photo of a work ID will suffice for validation. If you have any questions or need assistance with a refund or rescheduling, please contact us directly.
